June 28 - July 4

Good grief, for one reason or another, it has been week after week of light exercise.

June has been a total waste on the training front and while I'd like to think this week will be different, it's not off to a great start (I'm still wiped out from last week's flu) and it's ending with a holiday.

But—BUT—I am going to do my best with what's left. And July I'm resolving to hit the ground running (and biking and swimming).

I was in San Francisco last week with my family, so I didn't have any formal exercise, but we did some hiking and lots of walking.

Back on track this week as I return to the "real world."

I was considering one in July too, but it filled up. Ugh. I snooze, I loose.
