**I left for a two-day business trip on Sunday and never had a chance to outline my goals, so this is just actual workouts for the week.**

Sunday: Off (Travel)

Monday: Bike 30, Strength 25

Tuesday: Run 22, Strength 20

Wednesday: Bike 35, Strength 15

Thursday: Run 25

Friday: Off

Saturday: Off
