June 28 - July 4

Good grief, for one reason or another, it has been week after week of light exercise.

June has been a total waste on the training front and while I'd like to think this week will be different, it's not off to a great start (I'm still wiped out from last week's flu) and it's ending with a holiday.

But—BUT—I am going to do my best with what's left. And July I'm resolving to hit the ground running (and biking and swimming).

Sunday: OFF - sick

Monday: OFF - exhausted/recovering

Tuesday: Swim 45
Actual: Swim 45

Wednesday: Bike 45
Actual: Run 30

Thursday: Swim 60
Actual: Swim 45

Friday: Run 35
Actual: Off

Saturday: OFF (HAPPY JULY 4th!)
