June 28 - July 4
June has been a total waste on the training front and while I'd like to think this week will be different, it's not off to a great start (I'm still wiped out from last week's flu) and it's ending with a holiday.
But—BUT—I am going to do my best with what's left. And July I'm resolving to hit the ground running (and biking and swimming).
