Week 13: May 16 - May 22
Tapering off this week, in preparation for Sunday's JerseyMan Sprint Triathlon. I have to be honest and say I don't feel as primed for this as I'd like. I definitely haven't done enough bike-run bricks. But my only goal (well, aside from finishing) is to do better than last year, and that shouldn't be hard since last year was so abysmal.
