This is going to be a challenging week. Lots of "school stuff" going on during the time when I normally exercise, so this may be a bit fluid as I try to squeeze things in when I can.

Friday: OFF

Saturday: Swim 45
Actual: Run 40

TOTAL: 3.5 hours
