Well, it was nice being on vacation last week (literally - we road-tripped to Indiana to visit family), but it's back to reality this week. All I did last week was one run - in Indianapolis (which is AWESOMELY flat) - 2.6 miles in about 27 minutes. I have to get myself ready for the Mainiac Tri in Maine on September 26, so no more slacking off. I'm doing this tri with two friends who I'm sure are faster than me - time to buckle down and work a bit on speed, especially on the bike and run.
