(84 laps [1 mile + 12 more laps] crawl, 2 laps breaststroke)

Friday: Run 20
Run 20, Strength 25

Saturday: Bike 19.5 miles (triathlon course)
Actual: Bike 19.5 miles (105 minutes)

TOTAL: 363
