Tuesday: Bike 30, Run 30

Actual: Bike 45, Run 20, Strength 20

Thursday: Swim 45
Actual: Swim 45
(74 laps - 1 mile +2/68 crawl, 4 breast stroke, 2 backstroke)

Friday: Bike 40
Actual: Strength 25

Saturday: Bike 60, Run 30
Actual: Bike about 60, Run about 30
(15.5 mile bike, 2.7 mile run)

Goal: Focusing heavily on biking and running this week, both trying to build speed and endurance after the transition. I did a "tri of one" on Saturday, 4/18 (1/2 mile pool swim, 16 mile bike, 3 mile run) and while it went well overall, the hardest by far was the run.
